Overview
Villa Carla is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom villa with private pool, situated in Vilas Alvas, which enjoys a great central location in the Algarve, close to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms, included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, gas hobs, electric oven, kettle, microwave and juicer. Separate utility with washing machine and dryer.
Split level living/dining room with TV with a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Wi-Fi internet and Blu-ray DVD player.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa, bedroom one has twin beds and bedroom two a double bed, and these bedrooms share the use of the ground floor family bathroom.
Bedroom three is the master suite on the first floor of the villa, complete with double bed, dressing area, a private terrace and en suite bathroom with double wash basins and shower unit.
Outside Space
The private pool measures approximately 10 x 4.5 metres and is surrounded by pleasant and peaceful lawn gardens. The terraces and gardens are furnished with 6 sun loungers, comfy seating, dining table with 6 chairs and gas BBQ.
Location
Situated in Vilas Alvas, the villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
