Overview
Villa Levante is a beautiful three bedroom semi-detached villa with a private plunge pool and views of the golf course and the sea. Located in the deluxe resort of Vale do Lobo, Villa Levante is within walking distance of the Praca and the beach. This immaculate property also features wireless internet connection and for families with young children the pool can be gated. It features underfloor heating system in the living room and Master bedroom, air conditioning is available in the living room and 3 bedrooms.
Living Areas
The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with a large flat screen TV (Lazer TV with English Channels), CD and DVD player and wireless broadband is also available. The patio doors lead to the outside terrace and pool area, with fabulous views over the golf course down to the sea. Air Conditioning and Underfloor heating is available in this room.
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, oven and hob. There is a small utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The master bedroom is on the first floor and is very spacious. It has a double bed, en-suite full bathroom, safe and patio doors that lead to a large south facing terrace overlooking the golf course and sea.Underfloor heating and Air conditioning available
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en suite shower room, and the other bedroom utilises a further separate shower room. Both of these bedrooms have twin beds which can be pushed together but will made as twin beds.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside Space
There is a plunge pool that can be gated if there are young children in the party. There is a terrace with eating area and views of the golf course down to the sea. Four sunloungers. Charcoal Weber BBQ.

The villa is within easy walking distance to the Praca where you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the golden beach.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
