Overview
Villa Bruna in Vale do Lobo is a traditional three bedroom linked villa with private swimming pool. The property is situated very close to the recreational facilities of Tennis Valley, which boasts a gym, café, restaurant and, of course, the renowned tennis academy. This property overlooks lawn and pine trees and has air conditioning and wi-fi internet connection throughout included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The spacious open-plan living and dining room is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and 2 sofa chairs. The living room is air conditioned and has a 49” Smart TV with a wide range of English language Lazer channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports and high speed Lazer Wi-Fi broadband internet. (Please bring your own log-in credentials for Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV).
There is a fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hobs and oven, toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Delta coffee machine (capsules), juicer, fridge freezer and hand blender.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property and are facing the pool terrace. Bedroom one is a double bedroom (bed measures 1.60m x 2.0m), air conditioning, complete with a double bed with an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, two single beds, fitted wardrobe with a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. (Both downstairs bathrooms are refurbished).
On the upper level is the master double suite which has split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom with bath and shower cabin with double vanities and patio doors to the large south facing terrace with a round table and chairs.
Outside Space
Patio doors open from the sitting area onto to a covered terrace and poolside patio, which provides plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. There is an 7m x 3m pool. The villa has gas barbecue for outdoor cuisine.
Location
Within walking distance of the Vale do Lobo Tennis academy, the golden beach and restaurants of the Praça.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel and bed linen change, wi-fi internet and air-conditioning.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
