Villa Sultan is a very classy and distinctive five bedroom villa located in a central position within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo. Attentive interior design and tasteful furnishings, with Moroccan influences, have provided this villa with an abundance of character. Traditional and contemporary elements fuse together to create a holiday retreat laden with elegance and comfort.
Featuring a table tennis table, wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning in the bedrooms, which is available for a weekly supplemental charge.
The villa is entered though the utility room, complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, and which leads to the long, galley-style kitchen. The kitchen is delightful, both visually and practically. With wooden ceiling beams, granite work surfaces and a Rangemaster cooker nestled into a bricked alcove. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary amenities for cooking and appliances including a fridge freezers, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen leads to an open-plan dining room, which has a grand marble dining table with elegant soft furnished chairs and patio doors leading to the gardens and poolside terrace.
Next to the kitchen, the open-plan Moroccan-style sitting room is a treat; the marble fireplace, sweeping curtains, ceiling fan, alcoves and wooden ceiling beams create a truly wonderful space to relax and overlook the pool area though the patio doors. A separate television room is furnished with comfortable sofas and houses a wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview satellite channels and a DVD player.
Steps at the end of the dining room lead through a corridor which take you to bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is the Master suite (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) a double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, doors to the beautiful lower courtyard terrace, and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins and a double walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a double room (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) with a/c, fitted wardrobes, an en suite bathroom and doors to the lower courtyard terrace.
The three remaining bedrooms are located in a corridor leading away from the lounge. All of these bedrooms are twin rooms fitted with air conditioning. One of the twin bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom and the other two twin bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom.
The exterior of this villa is truly amazing and the landscaped garden is a really special feature of this property, with lawns, shrubs, and mature fruit, palm and pine trees. The thatched cabana with hammocks, low chairs and wind chimes is the most peaceful part of the garden. There is a feature courtyard adjacent to bedrooms one and two with metal sculptures and water features and steps leading up to the poolside area.
The large swimming pool, which measures approximately 12 x 6 metres, can be heated for a supplemental charge. There is plenty of space beside the pool for sunbathing. Bamboo shading surrounds the villa at the poolside patio, providing the ideal spot for some al-fresco dining on the exterior dining table; an integrated gas BBQ is provided for guests to cook outdoors. Table tennis table. A carport and a cobbled forecourt provide plenty of space for parking.
The villa is just a short walk from the golden beach and the bars, shops and restaurants at the ‘Praca’. It is also extremely close to Tennis Valley, which has a café, restaurant and the renowned tennis academy.
Rates include maid service five times per week, bed linen and bathroom towels. Towels are changed midweek and linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box are provided for your convenience.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
