Overview
Apartment Majoka is a spacious ground floor apartment located in a prestigious area of Vilamoura and within walking distance of the marina, which is about 20 minutes away. Situated in the peaceful surroundings of the Laguna golf course, the apartment features a private terrace with easy access to the gardens and swimming pools and is the perfect environment for a relaxing family holiday.
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living/ dining room and a kitchen. The complex is very secure, and the apartment benefits from a telephone entry system and safety deposit box. A lift gives direct access to the underground parking, where you will have a designated parking space.
Living Areas
The open plan living and dining room is nice and spacious and features air conditioning; TV with a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a dishwasher; oven; hobs; fridge freezer; coffee machine (local Continente capsules); integrated microwave and washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The air conditioned master double bedroom (bed measures 1.60m x 2.00m) has an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath with overhead shower. The air conditioned twin bedroom (with beds 0.90m x 2.00m which can be made as a double bed upon request) utilises the separate adjacent walk-in shower room.
Outside Space
The extra large terrace is spacious and private and has sun beds and patio furniture. The communal swimming pools are surrounded by wood decking and shaded areas and are easily accessed from the apartment. The complex benefits from some lovely communal gardens with lawns and shrubs.

Other Items
There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of the property. Weekly maid cleaning service; bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus a set of towels left in the villa for a midweek change. A safe, hairdryers and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
Please note that for larger family groups, this apartment is located in the same condominium as apartments Rosmaninho and Por do Sol, also on the Sun-hat portfolio.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.
