The fully fitted kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, and a fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and a Juliette balcony with views of the pool and gardens. It also features an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet, single sink vanity, and a heated towel rail. The twin bedroom also includes air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, with an adjacent shower room that has a shower cubicle, WC, bidet, single sink vanity, and a heated towel rail.
Outside Space
Upstairs, guests can enjoy access to the private rooftop terrace with sofa and chairs, a fixed barbecue, and an ideal space for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful views.
The communal swimming pools are surrounded by wood decking and shaded areas and are easily accessed from the apartment. The complex benefits from some lovely communal gardens with lawns and shrubs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Supplementals
The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.
Fruit Juice/Bread/Ham/Cheese/Butter/6 eggs/ Jam/Pack cereal
1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
