Sun-hat are delighted and proud to present the return of one of our Vilamoura favourites - the stunning Casa Madrisa, which has been totally transformed over the past couple of years into a contemporary and luxurious four bedroom villa, meticulously designed and finished to the highest of standards throughout, blending modern elegance and charm.

Casa Madrisa is ideally located just a stone’s throw from Browns Sports and Leisure Club and is situated on a large and private residential plot complete with a private swimming pool (that can be heated for a weekly supplement); a spacious poolside terrace with covered dining area, BBQ and table tennis table; an extensive lawn area with artificial grass; further lounging areas on the roof terrace and partially covered front terrace; and a games room with a pool table and electronic darts.

Air conditioning and the Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

For winter rental rentals for stays between the months of November and March, heating is available (underfloor heating in the lounge and air con heating in the living areas and bedrooms) for a weekly supplemental charge.

Living Areas

The large air-conditioned kitchen is furnished with a breakfast table with both chair and bench seating and is well equipped with appliances including a four zone induction hob, an extractor, Nutribullet, Krups Nespresso coffee capsule machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, integrated double oven including a microwave function, and a full length fridge with freezer compartment. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the covered exterior dining terrace.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine/dryer, a freezer and the iron and ironing board.

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area has centralised air conditioning and underfloor heating is available for off-peak stays at a weekly extra charge. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, and the living area has a large L-shaped comfy sofa, a wall mounted 65” flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, TNT (formerly BT) Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a feature fireplace with ambient lighting and patio doors that lead to the partially covered front terrace furnished with a comfy lounge seating area.

Next to the entrance hallway there is a guest cloakroom and a large coat cupboard which can be used to store suitcases during your stay.

On the lower level of the property you will find the games room which has its own entrance and is complete with a Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc), pool table, an electronic darts board, card table, DVD player, DVDs, books and some board games.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with a super king size bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the exterior covered pool terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room (zip and link beds which can be prepared as a super king upon prior request), air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden.

Bedroom three is a double room with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden. Bedroom four is a double room with a super king size bed (zip and link beds which can be prepared as twins upon prior request), a wardrobe and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden.

Outside Space

The exteriors of Casa Madrisa are extensive and offer privacy as they are fully enclosed, with a large artificial lawn garden area to the rear of the poolside terrace as well as gardens to the sides and front. The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying the sun. A covered terrace provides shading for the exterior dining table and chairs, which will be the scene of many al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ. An outside table tennis table is also provided - perfect for those holiday family tournaments!

Stairs to the side of the villa lead up to the roof terrace which will be a private sun lounge area, furnished with two luxury sun loungers and a side table, this area is a peaceful haven for a couple to relax. Please note that the current photos of this terrace show it unfurnished, these will be updated once the sun loungers and side table are in position prior to May 1st 2025.

Additionally, there is off-road parking for 2 vehicles available on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Casa Madrisa is situated on a quiet residential street and just around the corner is Browns Sports & Leisure Club, a training camp for international sports teams, which welcomes visitors to their bar and restaurant and also offers temporary passes for the gym and recreational activities. In around 10 minutes' walk is a small local supermarket with fresh produce and bakery, here you will also find a coffee shop, ATM point and a popular Indian restaurant. A larger supermarket, Pingo Doce is also just a short drive away.

The stunning Falesia beach and the famous Vilamoura marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the villa. The area offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five championship golf courses, including the championship Old Course on your doorstep; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre, a water park, as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property and no pets are allowed.
