Overview

Villa Searas is a lovely four bedroom, three bathroom villa that has been furbished to a high standard throughout. Situated close to the Browns leisure centre in the renowned golf resort of Vilamoura. Electric shutters throughout this single level property that has air conditioning and Wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The entrance hall leads into the open plan living area, complete with comfy sofas, split unit air conditioning, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, Wi-fi internet, dining table and 6 chairs.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a Krups coffee machine with beans, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, 4 x gas hobs, extractor and washing machine. Breakfast bar with 4 stools.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 metres), split unit a/c, dressing area, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom two has a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed, split unit a/c and doors to the terrace. Bedroom three has a 1.50 x 2.00 metre double bed, split unit a/c and patio doors to the side terrace. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the adjacent family bathroom.

Bedroom four has a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed (two twins together to make a double), split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. All bathrooms in the villa have heated towel rails.

Outside Space

The electric entry gates open into a good sized plot with extensive lawn gardens. Off road parking on the villa driveway. From the main living area of the villa, patio doors lead to the terrace with charcoal BBQ, exterior dining table and chairs and sun loungers. The swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 4 metres and is free form in shape with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool depths measure 1.0 metre in the shallow end, 1.60 metres mid level and 2.00 metres in depth at the deep end.

Location

The villa is located in a residential area just behind the Browns Sports Centre, where there is a bar and restaurant. The nearby Aldeia do Golfe complex is within walking distance and this has a coffee shop, supermarket, bank machine and restaurant on site.

Other Items

Weekly maid cleaning service; bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus a set of towels left in the villa for a midweek change. A safe, hairdryers and pool towels are provided for guests convenience.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
