Palm Trees Garden Villa is a comfortable three-bedroom property with a lovely, private garden and a swimming pool. The property enjoys a privileged location, in one of the most sought-after areas of Vilamoura and is within walking distance to Browns Leisure Club and only a short drive away from the beach and the renowned Vilamoura Marina where you can find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

Set on two floors, this property has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area open to the living area, three bedrooms. Outside there is a swimming pool and a well kept enclosed garden, very safe for families with young children and a charcoal barbecue.

The lounge and dining area are open plan with ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels, including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy your favourite shows on Netflix etc on the Smart TV), dining table and seating for six people, split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace and garden.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a breakfast bar with two stools and appliances including a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, electric oven, dishwasher and grill and a microwave.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing Portuguese channels, patio doors opening onto a shared terrace and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, patio doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, Juliet balcony and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Palm Trees Garden Villa has a beautifully maintained, private garden. Laid to lawn in areas with palm trees and shrubs, ideal for families with young children to play. There is a hammock to relax and read a book, the pool measures approximately 8m x 5m, the poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol for a little shade. There is a charcoal BBQ with a food preparation area, perfect for cooking all your al-fresco meals and a covered eating area with a table and bench seating,

Palm Trees Garden Villa is only a few minutes away from Browns Sports Club with first class sporting facilities, an active Health Club and a Sports Bar & Restaurant. Situated a short drive from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club.

Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a weekly maid cleaning service; bathroom towels and linen are changed weekly, a second spare set of towels are left for you on arrival.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
