Overview
Villa Equador is a spacious and comfortable four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private swimming pool and garden, ideally situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura. The villa offers a peaceful setting while being conveniently located close to renowned golf courses, beautiful beaches, the marina, restaurants and local amenities.
A variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found nearby in the popular Old Village, with additional dining options in the surrounding area near the Hilton resort. Vilamoura Marina, famous for its lively atmosphere, waterfront restaurants, bars and evening entertainment, is approximately 3 km from the villa and can be reached in around five minutes by taxi. Alternatively, the tourist road train stops nearby, offering a convenient way to explore the marina and surrounding areas.
The villa also benefits from complimentary Wi-Fi, a safe and a hairdryer. Please note that Air conditioning is available in the lounge and bedrooms for an additional weekly supplement.
Living Areas
On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to a convenient guest cloakroom with WC and washbasin and a bright, spacious open-plan lounge and dining area.
The comfortable sofas are tastefully decorated in soft, serene colours and surround a cosy fireplace, creating a welcoming space to relax. The lounge also features a flat-screen Smart TV with Lazer cable offering a wide selection of international channels, alongside popular UK channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Netflix and other streaming services are also available; guests are kindly asked to use their own login credentials.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday, including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room provides additional convenience with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Upstairs, the villa has four bedrooms. The first is a twin bedroom with two 0.90 m x 2.00 m beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The second twin bedroom also has two 0.90 m x 2.00 m beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, as well as a small private balcony.
The third bedroom is a smaller twin room with two 0.90 m x 2.00 m beds with built-in wardrobes, sloping ceiling makes it a great choice for children. These three bedrooms share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with shower.
Bedroom four, a spacious master bedroom features a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite walk-in shower room. The bedroom also benefits from its own balcony overlooking the garden and private swimming pool.
Outside Space
Outside, Villa Equador features a private 6m x 4m swimming pool, surrounded by a pleasant garden and providing a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine.
Guests can make the most of the outdoor lifestyle with a fixed charcoal BBQ and an al fresco dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing by the pool, while an exterior shower offers added convenience.
The small lawn garden provides a peaceful spot to unwind, while convenient off-street parking adds to the comfort and practicality of your stay.
Whether you’ve spent the day relaxing on the beach, enjoying a round of golf or exploring the Algarve, the lounge provides the perfect space to unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Location
Villa Equador is ideally located for enjoying Vilamoura and exploring the wider Algarve. Vilamoura Marina, with its waterfront restaurants, bars and evening entertainment is approximately 3.5 km away. The nearby golf courses are also within easy reach, while the beautiful beaches are within 4.5 km from the villa.
Other Items
Maid service is provided three times per week, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Towels are changed mid-week and weekly, while bed linen is changed weekly.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
