Living Areas

The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan. The kitchen is furnished with a breakfast bar and four stools and is well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, four induction hobs, fridge freezer, extractor, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave and a juicer.

The lounge & dining area are complete with a table and seating for eight, split unit air conditioning, ample comfy sofa seating, a large, wall-mounted flat screen showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Patio doors lead to the outside dining area and garden. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor you will find bedroom one which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the front garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a balcony. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a front balcony.

Outside Space

The covered dining area has a table and seating for six. Steps lead down to the pool which measures approx. 8m x 4m and has steps entry. There is a sunbathing terrace which is complete with six sun loungers and there are two parasols if you prefer a little shade. Further steps lead down to a lawn grass area. There is a gas BBQ and food preparation area with a bar and two stools and a further dining table with seating for six, ideal for al-fresco dining.

Villa Beatriz is located within walking distance of the local shops and amenities near the Old Village.

The beaches and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the villa.
