Villa Maya is a recently renovated three bedroom linked townhouse built on two levels and with a private swimming pool. This charming villa is ideally located close to the Hilton hotel and is within walking distance to various shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Villa Maya has been comfortably designed to a high standard with electric shutters throughout with individual room controls. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.
The modern and bright lounge, dining area and kitchen are of an open plan design and are comfortably furnished with sofa and chair seating. There is a flat screen TV showing Netflix and also many international channels including some English language channels- please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix. Also featuring split unit air conditioning and a high table with seating for four people.
The kitchen with a breakfast bar and two accompanying stools is well equipped with appliances including a microwave, kettle, four electric hobs, an extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and an electric oven & grill. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool.
On the entrance level of the property you will find bedroom one which is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the garden and pool area.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Off the landing a patio door gives you access to a spacious sun terrace furnished with a two sunbeds and a table and two chairs, the ideal spot to enjoy a cocktail as you watch the sun go down.
The lovely poolside terrace is surrounded by plants and palm trees, immediately getting you into holiday mode. The private pool measures approximately 6m x 3m and has steps for convenient entry. For the sun worshippers in the group sun loungers are provided, the partially covered dining area is complete with a table and chairs, and for the budding chefs in the party there is a gas BBQ. Alternatively you can relax with a good book on the outside sofa seating. A window from the kitchen can be opened to create a bar area with two stools and connects the kitchen with the outside dining terrace.
Villa Maya is perfectly positioned and is within walking distance to various shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away, which has full sports facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.
Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday. Vilamoura also offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports. The famous marina is less than a 10 minute drive away and has an air of exclusivity, with a wide choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
