Overview
Villa Paulo is a four-bedroom detached villa with a private pool, ideally located just across from the popular Old Village area in Vilamoura. The Old Village offers a supermarket, a variety of bars and restaurants, and is also a stop for the mini electric train that conveniently takes you to the marina and the beach. This traditional-style villa has been refreshed with a bright, inviting look, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in the Algarve. Wi-Fi internet is also available throughout the property
Living Areas
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious entrance hall that leads into a bright and comfortable living and dining area, complete with a fireplace, cable television with several English language channels including Netflix (please bring your own passwords) and air conditioning. Large patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the living room and includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, as well as a convenient breakfast bar with three stools. For added convenience, the washing machine is located on the lower level of the villa.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor, there is a bright twin bedroom (0.90m x 2.00m beds) overlooking the pool, complete with air conditioning, as well as an ensuite walk-in shower. The guest cloakroom can be found on this level.
Upstairs, the master double bedroom (bed measures1.40m x 2.00m) has air conditioning, an en-suite shower room, and patio doors that open onto a curved balcony shared with another double bedroom (1.50m x 2.00m) both bedrooms overlooking the pool area. A further twin bedroom (0.90m x 2.00m) that is also air-conditioned, and a full family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink, and toilet which supports one twin and one double and completes the upper level.
Outside Space
Outside, the villa is secured by gates and offers off-road parking. The private swimming pool measures 8x4 metres with depths 1.20m ,1.50m, 2.00m and is accompanied by an outdoor shower, brick-built barbecue, and a selection of garden furniture for alfresco dining. The garden is beautifully maintained, with mature shrubs, trees, and a strip of lawn along the side of the property.
Location
Villa Paulo enjoys an excellent location with a café and restaurant just 100 metres away, Pinhal Golf Course 1 km away, the marina 2 km away, and the beach only 3 km from the villa. Faro Airport is a convenient 22 km drive.
Other Items
For guests’ comfort, a hairdryer and pool towels are provided free of charge. There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of the property. Weekly maid cleaning service; bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus a set of towels left in the villa for a midweek change.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
