A sun terrace and Mediterranean landscaped gardens, laid to lawn with palm trees, surround the communal swimming pools, and the complex also offers private parking.

Outside Space

Doors lead out from the living/dining area on the ground floor to a covered terrace with table & chairs and onto a small lawned area with sunbeds. This area is enclosed & gated.

The gate opens to the communal area of the Marina D’Or 3 apartment complex - communal swimming pools, which are surrounded by a sun terrace and Mediterranean landscaped gardens, laid to lawn with palm trees.

Note – there is a terrace on the first floor of the apartment and a roof terrace on the top floor of the apartment.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air-conditioning in the living/dining area and the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
