Living Areas
Three steps lead up to the entrance terrace (there is also a ramp up). Double wooden doors lead into a large hallway. There is a marble finish throughout the ground floor and staircase.
Spacious lounge/dining room with two burnt, orange-coloured sofas & 2 easy chairs, Satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, WIFI, air conditioning and doors to terrace, modern kitchen with 3 ring electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table and doors to terrace, utility room with washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Also on this level are a twin bedroom with air conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room.
Staircase up to the first-floor level and 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, doors to terrace and en-suite full bathroom (with separate walk-in shower), 1 twin bedroom with air conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room.
From the upstairs terrace, there are commanding views of the mountains and countryside surrounding the property, while the lower level terrace extends the full length of the villa and has rattan sofas, chairs and occasional tables for relaxing. From this terrace, a pathway leads across to the poolside shower and covered barbecue area.
Outside Space
The gardens are laid to lawn with trees and shrubs. Lighting is set around the gardens and pool area.
The private swimming pool is set within extensive gardens offering excellent opportunities for outdoor living and dining (including a fantastic poolside kitchen area).

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout, on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating, available on request, at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
