Overview

Can Teulada is a charming villa full of Mediterranean warmth and light. Affording a rural location, it is located just outside the old town of Pollensa, almost halfway between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa.

It is built on three levels, one of which is a self-contained (and only available for larger groups over 8 persons), making the property ideal for a larger party or two families wishing to holiday together, but looking for independence within their accommodation.

The focal point of the property is the landscape style swimming pool, with Roman step entry, natural rocks, and a waterfall. It is set in a secluded garden, laid mainly to lawn with mature oak, palm and olive trees, plus an array of shrubs, and affords lovely views of the surrounding countryside

Living Areas

Ground floor - entrance hall, which opens into a delightful open-plan living room and dining area, with interconnecting archways, exposed beams, Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, WIFI and two sets of doors to a covered terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with breakfast table, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room.

First floor - 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom.

NOTE – There is the option to rent just the main house with a total of 4 bedrooms for up to 8 persons or for larger groups, the lower ground floor is available - this has a living area, two further compact twin bedrooms and a full bathroom. It is self-contained and is simpler in decor to the main villa. There is no Air Con or Heating in this part of the villa, but fans are provided for guests use

Outside Space

Fantastic outdoor area with a very large, covered dining and seating area, overlooking the pool and garden.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Mid-week change of towels and change of linen every 7 days (on bookings of 14 days).

Air conditioning in all bedrooms (except those on the self-contained lower level).

Central heating available except on the lower level (for a weekly supplementary charge, payable locally).

Fans are available for use in the lower level.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
