Pontarro is set in the countryside, yet close by to the delightful old town of Pollensa.
A gated driveway leads up to the parking area and steps lead up to the covered terrace and entrance.

The front door opens in to an open-plan lounge/dining room, with attractive stone and beamed ceiling, modern décor, Satellite TV, DVD and WIFI. A breakfast bar leads to a well-equipped kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Exterior access to the utility room with washing machine.

An archway off the lounge leads to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a shower room.
Outside Area
Doors from the lounge lead out to a covered terrace with comfy wicker furniture - perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink.
The covered terrace leads to an open terrace and the rectangular saltwater swimming pool with Roman step entry.
Alongside the pool area, is a built in barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.
