Distributed over two levels, the ground floor comprises a large living area, dining area, open-plan kitchen with its island and brunch bar, and a guest bathroom, and the first floor comprises two bedrooms with en-suites.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms with en-suites, as well as an additional sofa bed on the landing that can be used for configuration purposes, max occupancy is 4 persons
Large wooden doors lead out from the dining room to a lovely patio with table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining, and from here steps lead down to the lovely swimming pool, and chill-out area, with lovely views over the valley.

Ground floor – Large living area, with beamed ceilings, comfy sofa & 2 easy chairs, Flat-screen Satellite TV with Home Cinema & WIFI, archway and a few steps down to dining area with beamed ceilings and doors to terrace, archway and a few steps down to open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with beamed ceilings, breakfast bar & sink, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

Ground floor – Guest cloakroom.
First floor & a few steps down to 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.
Outside Space
Large wooden doors lead out from the dining room to a lovely patio with table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining, and from here steps lead down to the lovely swimming pool, and chill-out area, with lovely views over the valley.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.
