Only 5.5km from the beautiful old town of Pollensa, you will find the wonderful Villa Aumadrava Gran.
Built in traditional stone, this beautiful property exudes a rustic charm and can accommodate 8 guests in four spacious bedrooms (three bedrooms in the main villa and one bedroom in the annexe by the poolside). All rooms have been carefully renovated and finished to a high standard.
There is plenty of space outdoors! You can enjoy the lovely 10m x 5m swimming pool, while taking in beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and gardens. The lawns are perfectly manicured and there are sun terraces where you can lounge and enjoy the sun.
The outdoor dining table is perfect for al fresco dining underneath the stars. A convenient brick-built barbecue lets you whip up fantastic grilled feasts while enjoying the company of your family and friends. You can even play a game of table tennis while waiting for the meal to be ready!

Entrance into spacious living/dining area with 2 cream-coloured sofas & 2 easy chairs, beamed ceilings & tiled floors, Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and doors to terrace, kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, and door to outdoor dining terrace. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in an adjacent storage room.

Exterior access to annexe by the poolside – 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Outside Area
The L-shaped swimming pool is set in an open terrace, surrounded by lawned gardens, beautifully landscaped, offering great panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Sunbeds, shades, table & chairs, and a brick-built barbecue for al-fresco dining are provided. A table tennis table is also available for guests to enjoy.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.
