Casa di Pescille is an independent villa for four persons located in close walking distance to the charming little medieval hilltop town of Panzano in Chianti. From the panoramic terrace, the views are breathtaking onto the famous Conca d`Oro vineyards to the South. Rates are on a self-catering basis with a private swimming pool.

Living Areas

Casa di Pescille sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. The interiors comprise of a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and satellite TV with a wide range of movie channels that can be watched in English and also a small selection of news and entertainment channels in English also.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher and there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for clients use.

One of the great holiday experiences when staying at a villa in Tuscany is to have a private dinner cooked for you by a fabulous local gourmet cook. It has to be said that Italian home cooking really is second to none, with the use of tasty seasonal and local ingredients and complimented by a glass of the fine local wines. You can request a chef to provide such a service for you for one night or perhaps more so that you can enjoy relaxing at your villa with your family and friends, enjoying the fine food and the stunning scenery long into the Summer evenings, minimum of 4 persons.

The villa has two double bedrooms with spacious closets and a bathroom with shower.

Outside Space

Outside, the private swimming pool measures 6 metres x 12 metres and is open during high season only, if you wish to have the pool available outside of High season the higher rental week cost would be applicable . The pool is situated in a location offering panoramic views over the finest vineyards of Panzano, and for those who love outdoor living there is a lawn garden, dining table and charcoal barbecue to enjoy al fresco meals. The owners have a vegetable orchard and will certainly offer you some tomatoes, fresh salad and tasty zucchini! There is room for parking within the fenced property.

Location

The closest village to Casa di Pescille is the picturesque village of Panzano, located within walking distance just 200 metres away. In Panzano you will find a lovely selection of local restaurants, eateries, a supermarket and a chemist. The next grocery shop is 200m away and the next restaurant 400 metres.

In addition to the stunning scenery and the tranquil, relaxing environment that the Tuscany region affords, there is also plenty to do with your family and friends! Practice your Italian cooking, wine tastings in the fabulous Chianti vineyards, walking in the hills and olive groves, swimming in your private pool, bicycle rides, tennis, golf, visits to the beautiful local villages, and not forgetting trips to the magnificent cities of Florence and Siena, both of which are steeped in history and tradition.

Greve in Chianti is 6 kms away, Florence 50 mins and the airport is 1 hour away.

Other Items

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of the private swimming pool. A hairdryer and pool towels are supplied for your convenience. Wifi is available at the property.

There is a final cleaning charge of €60 payable locally.

The following items can be requested in resort and are payable locally- heating (if required), maid service, personal cook, first shopping service (hourly rate plus the cost of the groceries)- The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a foodpack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

This property has a breakage deposit of 250 Euros which must be paid in cash to the villa owner upon arrival.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
