Our One Belvedere farm , less than 3 km from us, supplies fruit, vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from regenerative agriculture and the rest comes from Tuscan producers selected with care and attention.
Wherever possible, we produce our raw materials at home, such as bacon, vinegar, mustard, bread and much more.
