Located in neighbouring grounds to Villa Di Archi & the Dependance, Villa Di Vigne is an attractive stone house, which is accessed by a charming country road lined with cypress trees. The beauty of the countryside combined with the interior – the natural tiled floors, lovely stone walls and elegant and warm colours of the soft furnishings, make Villa Di Vigne so homely and welcoming. Particularly attractive, is the first floor gallery, which overlooks the living area below and gives access to five of the six bedrooms and their en-suite facilities.

Ground Floor - 1 twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and dressing area, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room.

First floor – accessed by fairly steep stone staircase – and up one step and into 1 bedroom with “four-poster bed”, air-conditioning and en-suite shower room (up one step into raised shower).

Outside Space

Its exterior is characterised by a large vine-clad pergola covered terrace, which overlooks the lawned garden and the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is heatable and to be advised with a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice if required. The pool will be heated to a max of 27/28 degrees.

There are table and chairs, and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs, are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels, available on request a supplementary charge.

Final cleaning charge of 390 euros at the end of the stay.

Air-conditioning & Central heating, available on request, at a supplementary charge - charge based upon consumption. AC at 0.90euros/click & Gas for CHT at 6.50 euros/m3 gas.

Pool heating, available on request, at a supplementary charge - charge based upon consumption, at 0.90 euros/kwatt.

The swimming pool is open from 17/05/2025 - 27/09/2025

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate. It varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 yrs and over.
