Sun-hat is delighted to welcome you to Villa Viktoria, a beautiful 3+1 bedroom property set within its own garden and with a private swimming pool. Created with both relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this villa offers a fantastic selection of features to keep guests of all ages happily entertained throughout their stay.

Challenge family and friends to a game of table tennis, practice your aim with the basketball net, or try something different with the magnetic darts board. For more active moments, enjoy the inflatable punch bag complete with boxing gloves, or you can choose a friendly game of badminton. Whether you are looking for activity or simply time to unwind, Villa Viktoria provides it all!

Perfectly positioned in the highly sought after area of Dunas Douradas, Villa Viktoria offers an exceptional location. A very short stroll brings you to the golden sands of Dunas Douradas beach, as well as the popular Marias beach bar and restaurant. Continue a little further along the shoreline and you will discover the renowned Julia's beach where there are a selection of beach bar/restaurant favourites for relaxed dining by the sea. The villa is also conveniently close to the Vale do Lobo tennis centre and within a short drive to the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, offering world class golf courses, restaurants, and leisure facilities.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the property are included in the rental rates. All guests are provided bedroom slippers. Please note there are steps leading up to the front door entrance for the villa forecourt.

Living Areas

The air conditioned living area of the property is of an open plan design with double patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa and arm chair seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). A couple of steps lead up to the dining area complete with a large table and seating for eight people and patio doors to pool and BBQ area.

The spacious kitchen has a central island and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including four gas hobs, an extractor fan, dishwasher, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, kettle, toaster, a fridge with a separate smaller freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The utility room is next to the kitchen and houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iroing board. A door from the hallway leads to a small courtyard and clothes drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is the plus one which is a twin bedroom with two x 0.90m x 2m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a small sofa. Guests staying in this room have use of the adjacent cloakroom/WC and one of the other bathrooms in the villa.

Bedroom two is also a twin bedroom with two x 0.90m x 2m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small terrace furnished with two chairs.

Bedroom three is a carpeted double room with a 1.60m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the garden. Bedroom four is also a carpeted double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the garden. Both bedrooms three and four share the adjacent bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Step out onto your elevated poolside terrace and enjoy complete privacy in a calm, peaceful setting. There’s plenty of space to relax, with ample sun loungers and two parasols for shade. The private pool measures approx. 10m x 5m, with easy access steps making it suitable for all ages.

There’s no shortage of entertainment here. Challenge friends and family to a game of table tennis, shoot some hoops with the basketball net, or try your hand at the magnetic darts board. If you’re feeling more energetic, have a go on the inflatable punch bag (gloves included) or enjoy a friendly match of badminton.

The shaded seating area features comfortable rattan sofas and chairs — the perfect spot to unwind with a drink. Keen cooks can make the most of the Beefeater gas BBQ, preparing relaxed al fresco meals to enjoy around the outdoor dining table, which seats up to eight guests.

The villa’s forecourt provides parking for a couple of cars, and the property is secured with electric gates.

Location

This beautiful South facing property is situated in an exclusive position in the sought after area of Dunas Douradas, between the resorts of Vale do Lobo & Quinta do Lago. Within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach of Dunas Douradas and some of the Algarve’s finest beachfront restaurants, including the much loved Maria’s. The nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente is where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julias, Ta Certos, and Izzy's.

Vale do Lobo's club house is where you will find the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant; shops and a spa. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars & restaurants and entertainment during the summer months.

Vale do Lobo's tennis centre is a short stroll from Villa Viktoria and features eight hard courts (four of them floodlit) and four floodlit artificial clay courts. It’s also home to eight floodlit padel courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a pro shop and a bar and restaurant.

Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve, and perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes' drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches and many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, including the acclaimed Casa do Lago, Umami, and Bovino, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket.
