Overview

The Ocean Villas are four recently built, premium standard villas each with private pools and that are situated on a private and gated development located within short walking distance of the beautiful Praia do Coelho beach and a selection of local restaurants. Two of the villas have five bedrooms and five bathrooms; and two have five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villas with 5 bathrooms are only available for Saturday arrivals and the villas with 4 bathrooms changeover on a Friday. All villas have fibre optic wi-fi and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Please note that the photos displayed are generic photos of two of the villas so they may not exactly represent the actual villa you are allocated however all of the four villas are of exactly the same high standard and facilities in all of the villas are the same.

All guests receive a complimentary welcome foodpack on arrival, contents include 6 beers, 1 bottle of White wine, 1 loaf of bread, 6 eggs, water, butter and cheese.

Living Areas

Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with dining area seating for 10 persons. Wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with IPTV channels including BBC and ITV and fibre-optic Wi-fi internet connection. Please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy channels such as Netflix on the Smart TV. Comfy sofa seating and feature fireplace. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is also air conditioned, and is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, oven & grill, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Breakfast bar with marble tops and four stools. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and an iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the top floor of the five bedroom, four bathroom villas, is the master suite- complete with double bed, split unit a/c, juliet balcony and an en suite bathroom with double vanities; and an adjacent twin bedroom with split unit a/c and a balcony. Perfect for families, guests using the twin bedroom share the use of the master en suite bathroom in the villas with four bathrooms.

In the villas with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, both bedrooms one and two on the top floor have double beds and en suite bathrooms.

Bedroom three is on the mid (entrance) level of the villas, and this is an air conditioned bedroom that utilises an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. In both the 5 bed 4 bathroom villa type and the 5 bed 5 bathroom villa type the bed can be made as either a twin or a double upon prior request.

Bedrooms four and five are on the lower level of the villas. in the 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villas, bedroom four is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the garden. Bedroom five is a double bedroom with split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the garden. Both bedrooms have double fitted wardrobes.

In the 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villas, both lower level bedrooms have twin beds, split unit a/c, en suite bathrooms, double fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the garden.

Outside Space

The villas’ private pools measure approximately 8 metres x 4 metres with steps entry. The deep end of the pool is maximum 1.90 metres in depth and the shallow end of the pool is maximum 0.90 metres in depth. The pools can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge which is payable locally in cash in resort. There are 10 sun loungers for clients use, a charcoal BBQ and exterior dining seating for 10 persons.

Location

The Ocean villas benefit from a superb coastal location just 5 minutes walk from Praia do Coelho, one of numerous beautiful beaches that can be found on this part of the stunning Algarve coastline. Also within close walking distance are a selection of local restaurants including O Marinheiro, Dom Dinis, Jompra and O Amigo. Within 10-15 minutes drive are a number of local attractions- including the marina of Albufeira; the old town of Albufeira and the fisherman’s beach; the town of Guia (which is famous for its chicken piri-piri restaurants); the Algarve shopping complex where there is a wide range of shops and eateries; and not forgetting Zoomarine, the famous family aquatic attraction, is also close by and near to Guia. The nearest golf course is at Salgados, which is a 10 minute drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek clean a weekly changeover clean, towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a refundable house deposit required of €300, this is payable in cash upon arrival.
