Set across three levels, this contemporary apartment offers a comfortable and well planned space for your stay. Ideally located in the Margarida area of the prestigious Vale do Lobo golf resort, it is perfectly placed for enjoying both the golf courses and the surrounding area.
With fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, electric shutters with central control panel and air conditioning with individual room controls throughout- all included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
A short flight of steps leads up to the front door, where you enter a bright and welcoming open plan lounge and dining area. Here you will find two comfortable two seater sofas and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The flat screen Smart TV offers a wide selection of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. You can also log-in to your own accounts for services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The dining area features a table with seating for six. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace and BBQ area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hand blender, four electric hobs with an extractor, fridge freezer, and an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave. From here, patio doors lead out to a charming breakfast balcony with a table and four chairs, a lovely spot to start your day.
On the lower level you will find the utility area which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the upper level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, a walk-in wardrobes, safe, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with two sunbeds and outside sofa seating. Bedroom two is a double room with a 1.60m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.
On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom three. Bedroom three is a large twin room with two 0.90m x 2m beds, a relaxing area with sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same selection of channels as the main lounge TV, a kitchenette with a sink, washing machine & a dryer, split unit air conditioning, and a shower room with a heated towel rail.
Outside Space
From the lounge, patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. The pool measures approx. 5m x 3m and has steps for easy entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with four sun loungers. The BBQ area is complete with a Beefeater gas BBQ, food prep counter and a sink. The comfy seating area is furnished sofas and chairs.

Situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon, Wed & Fri, with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
