Villa Polonia is a top of the range, contemporary design 3+1 bedroom villa, sleeping 8 persons and with heated pool that is situated in a premium location in the luxury golf resort of Vilamoura - within close walking distance of the famous marina where there is an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches are also on your doorstep. The villa features Wi-fi internet, air conditioning throughout, a spa with Turkish bath and indoor pool- and much, much more!

The villa's air conditioning, temperature, underfloor heating and lights are all controlled via a sophisticated central control system. The villa's blinds are also all controlled by a central panel.

The internet and TV channels are supplied by Lazer, which has a wide range of English language channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV.

Living Areas

On the entrance level of the villa, the kitchen, dining area and upper living room are all open plan, with patio doors leading directly to the poolside terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a teppanyaki grill; electric hobs; toaster; kettle; oven; integrated coffee machine; microwave; steamer; fridge; freezer; dishwasher and extractor.

The dining table has seating for 8 persons and is open plan to the upper living room, which features a 75'' Smart flat screen to watch the entertainment channels- please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

On the lower level of the villa is the second living room, complete table and chairs, sofas and a 65'' Smart flat screen TV with the same wide range of entertainment options Doors lead to the superb spa area, with relaxation bed, indoor pool, shower unit and a Turkish bath! The indoor pool is designed to be cool for when you get out of the Turkish bath, however if you prefer it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

Also on this level is an additional guest cloakroom and the laundry room- with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is situated on the ground floor next to the entrance hallway and this room has a double bed, wall mounted TV, double wardrobes, central a/c with individual room control and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is the master suite, complete with a super king double bed, electric blinds, double wardrobes, central a/c with individual control, an en suite bathroom with double wash basins, separate shower & WC and doors to the master suite terrace which overlooks the pool and is furnished with a double shaded lounger for romantic couples to relax upon!

Bedroom three also has a super king double bed, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, central a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom four is the plus one bedroom on the lower level of Villa Polonia. This bedroom has a double bed, central a/c, TV and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Outside Space

Leading from the upper living area, the exterior terrace has dining table and 8 chairs, perfect for meals freshly cooked on the Broil King gas BBQ. The shaded terrace is furnished with comfy patio furniture and a gas outdoor fire, and the poolside terrace is complete with 8 sun loungers.

The swimming pool measures an impressive 14 metres x 5 metres with electric cover and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Behind the pool at the back of the plot there is an exterior shower unit and a gate which gives access to the paths leading to the nearby Vilamoura tennis centre and to the marina, which is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Off-road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.
