Sun-hat are proud to welcome you to Villa Blue, a charming five bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, built on two levels and conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the renowned Vilamoura marina with its many bars and restaurants. Villa Blue has tasteful furnishings and a modern design, this spacious property exudes a contemporary charm while maintaining its rustic and simplistic appeal through the use of Santa Catarina floor tiles.

Air conditioning throughout and Fibre optic mesh wi-fi are both included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The open plan living area with the kitchen being the hub of this comfortable space is air conditioned and has large patio doors opening directly onto the poolside and garden. The kitchen is complete with a central island and two accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, an extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, electric oven and grill, Nespresso coffee machine and a juicer. The adjacent dining table has seating for ten people and a ceiling fan above.

The lounge area has fixed bench seating and a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the upper landing there is a quiet space, ideal for reading and is furnished with comfy sofa seating and has access to the large shared balcony with bedroom five.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with a ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a double room with a ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is a twin room with a ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is a double room with a ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony. Bedroom five is a double room with a ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning, a wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony off the upper landing.

Outside Space

The outdoor area is laid to lawn and has a private swimming pool which measures approximately 9m x 5m with steps and a ladder for convenient entry. There are sun beds to laze around the pool and if you prefer a little shade then a parasols have also been provided. There is a charcoal BBQ with an adjacent dining area complete with a table and fixed bench seating and covered by a pergola. Villa Blue enjoys parking for multiple cars directly outside of the property.

Villa Blue is within a pleasant and quiet condominium with private owners and a large green area, children's playground, communal pool, children's pool, outside shower and tennis court. All guests of the property have completely free access to these facilities. Tennis racquets and balls are provided for all guests.

Location

Villa Blue is situated in the centre of Vilamoura and is approximately 1 km from Vilamoura Marina and its beach, 400m from a convenience supermarket, 25 km from Faro Airport and 9 km from Loulé train station.

Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west.

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.
