Galley style kitchen with breakfast bar and appliances including a kettle, toaster, cafetiere, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. Breakfast table and chairs.
Living room complete with flat screen TV with MEO cable channels, comfy sofas, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace overlooking the pool.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one has twin beds (beds 0.90m x 2.00m), split unit a/c and doors to the rear terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), split unit a/c and doors to the terrace overlooking the pool. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the family bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower unit.
Bedroom three is the master suite (1.80m x 2.00m) with double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the pool terrace and en suite shower room.
Outside Space
The south facing pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with depths 0.90m, 1.50m and 2.00m and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge, there is also a manual pool cover available. Ladder entry. There is a gate to close off the pool area from the terrace which is suitable for families with young children. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and there is a comfy seating area. To the rear of the property are lovely lawn gardens and a table and chairs; and to the side of the villa is the superb shaded terrace and dining area, complete with charcoal BBQ, drinks fridge, dining table and seating area. There is space for off road parking.

Other Items
There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of the property. Weekly maid cleaning service; bed linen and towels changed weekly, plus a set of towels left in the villa for a midweek change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Supplementals
The standard foodpack which is included consists of the following: bottle of wine, carton of milk, bottle of water 1.5L, sachets of tea, coffee and sugar.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
