Doors lead out from the living/dining room to a large, covered terrace with wooden furniture, from where fabulous views and the tranquillity of the countryside can be enjoyed.

There is a large barbecue area with all amenities, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, dishwasher & Satellite TV.

There is a rectangular swimming pool with cascading waterfall feature and diving board, set in an open terrace surround with sun loungers and other garden furniture.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
