Villa Blanca is a lovely villa sleeping 8 persons.

An elegant villa, it offers accommodation on two floors with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. It is comfortably furnished and well-equipped throughout, including air-conditioning in both the living area and bedrooms, high speed WIFI, and a mini gym (running machine & cross trainer in the spacious downstairs double bedroom).

At the rear of the property, there is a lovely swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & parasols and a daybed. There is a covered terrace with table & chairs, and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining. There are mature gardens with palm trees, bushes and flowering shrubs.

Popular for its location, Villa Blanca is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the centre of Santa Eulalia, where you can find a variety of shops and bars/cafes & restaurants. This privileged location allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds: the tranquillity of the Siesta neighbourhood and the life of Santa Eulalia.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;

For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night.
