Villa Miquela is a peaceful and private property set in the countryside, yet just a short drive, 1.5kms, to the lovely coves of Cala Boix and Pou Des Llou. There is a local supermarket close by and the lovely village of San Carlos with local bars/cafes and restaurants, and the popular Las Dalias Market, is just 4.5kms away.

Well-cared for by its owners, Villa Miquela offers spacious and comfortable accommodation all on one level, blending modern comfort with traditional charm, and is the ideal base to relax and discover this quiet part of the island.

There is a spacious living-dining area with air conditioning and a fully equipped wooden kitchen - both with doors to terrace. The master double bedroom has air conditioning, doors to terrace and an en-suite shower room and there are two twin bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, sharing a bathroom.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, with sun loungers and parasol, a lovely spot for sunbathing, and there is a covered terrace, with table and chairs, for alfresco dining, perfect for enjoying the lovely views across the countryside down to the sea.

Villa Miquela's location provides easy access to nearby beaches, local restaurants, and the charming towns of San Carlos and Santa Eulalia, while remaining a secluded and tranquil retreat.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
