The swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, with sunbeds & parasols, a lovely spot for sunbathing, and for taking in the panoramic views & the sea. Beside the pool area, there is also a children’s play area. There is also a covered terrace, with table & chairs, and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

The plot that surrounds the property is large, there are no neighbours close, and it is the ideal base to relax and discover this quiet part of the island.

Even though it might seem a little isolated, it only takes a couple of minutes in car to get to the village of San Carlos, and just a little further to Santa Eulalia, with its lovely selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

It is close to some lovely beaches, Aguas Blancas, Cala Llenya, Es Figueral, and Cala Boix, too.

An ideal choice for families, romantic escapes or simply to enjoy some tranquil vacations in a unique surrounding.

Note – there are two little ponds on the right hand side of the driveway & final approach to the property, care should be taken with children.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
