Overview
Villa Maria Bonaire is a stylish, modern villa ideally located in the upmarket residential area of Bonaire, near to Alcudia.
Accommodating up to 8 persons, it has been renovated to a high standard and is beautifully furnished throughout.
Set over two levels, on the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms (which can also be made up as doubles if required), a bathroom and a laundry room.
A staircase leads to the first floor where two further bedrooms are located.
The master bedroom has its own shower room as well as access to two terraces: one overlooking the pool and one with views to the sea in the distance. The other bedroom has twin beds (which can also be made up as doubles if required), an en-suite bathroom, as well as access to the pool facing balcony.
Outside, the villa has extensive sun terraces surrounding the property as well as a generously sized private pool. The pool is furnished with sunbeds and there is a pretty shaded chill-out area to the side.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating for early or late season lets, available on request at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Alcudia & Surrounding area.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.
