Villa Can Silver is a seafront property located in the area of Llenaire and walking distance (approximately 15 minutes’ walk to the heart of Puerto Pollensa) with shops, cafes, bars & restaurants.

Living Areas
The villa is set over two levels. Up two steps & entrance into villa.
Ground floor – Entrance hall, archway to dining area with doors to terrace (to the pool patio / outdoor dining area) and breakfast bar with 4 stools, leading to fully fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
First floor – A lovely living area with picture windows, high beamed ceilings, 2 comfortable sofas & 4 easy chairs, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace with further seating areas and views of the beach & sea.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa is set over two levels. Up two steps & entrance into villa.
Ground floor – Entrance hall, two sea-facing bedrooms (these bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined to form doubles if required), both with en-suite shower room.
First floor – The master bedroom suite, with double bed, opens straight to the sea-facing balcony and features an impressive bathroom with both bath and shower. There are two further bedrooms on this level, which each have one single bed. They both open to private balconies overlooking the pool.
Outside Area
If the location of seafront Villa Can Silver is not enough, you will find the outdoor areas complement the setting. There is a small plunge pool (accessed by three steps) is perfect for a refreshing dip, set in an open terrace with comfortable sunbeds, and bordered by a small lawned garden. You can dine alfresco (but note there is no barbecue at this villa) or simply just while away the hours admiring the views from the terraces.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.

1 packet of crisps, 4 tins baked beans, 1 bottle of local olive oil, 2l soda, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of vinegar, 2 bottles red wine, 2 bottles white wine, 1 carton of semi-skimmed milk, 1 carton of orange juice, 1 box of cereal, 1 box of Nescafe coffee sachets, 6 eggs, 2 tins of tuna, 1 carton of tomato sauce, 1 lettuce, 4 apples, 1 tub of margarine, 1 jar of strawberry jam, 12 sachets of sugar, 1 loaf sliced bread, 1 chorizo, 1 packet of spaghetti, 1 box of tea sachets, 1 cucumber, 1 margarita pizza, 4 tomatoes and 4 yogurts.
