Stairs lead up to the first floor, a double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, which share a bathroom (with separate shower).

Outside there are a wide selection of open and covered terraces with seating areas, together with a covered barbecue area by the pool - an excellent spot for dining alfresco. The large swimming pool has plenty of sunbed space on the adjacent patio – all set within the gardens, laid to lawn, with trees, flowering shrubs.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.
