Villa Margot is located in the residential area of Gotmar, well-situated for the beach and walking into the heart of Puerto Pollensa with its shops, cafes, bars & restaurants.
Gates open to the grounds with pine trees, flowers, shrubs, and a few steps lead up to the inviting swimming pool, sun terrace and to the villa itself.
The villa is set over one level and has been recently renovated to provide an even better holiday experience.
Built to an extremely high standard, making wide use of local stone, and well-furnished and well-equipped throughout, Villa Margot is the perfect choice guests looking for a centrally based holiday accommodation in a well-known residential area.
There is a large living area with two seating areas, a dining area, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds, two of the bedrooms have their own en-suites while the third bedroom has access to the family shower room.

Outside, Villa Margot is set within 1200sqm of private grounds with pine trees, flowers, shrubs, and an inviting swimming pool. Sunbeds are provided to while away the hours relaxing under the warm Mallorcan sun.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.

1 packet of crisps, 4 tins baked beans, 1 bottle of local olive oil, 2l soda, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of vinegar, 2 bottles red wine, 2 bottles white wine, 1 carton of semi-skimmed milk, 1 carton of orange juice, 1 box of cereal, 1 box of Nescafe coffee sachets, 6 eggs, 2 tins of tuna, 1 carton of tomato sauce, 1 lettuce, 4 apples, 1 tub of margarine, 1 jar of strawberry jam, 12 sachets of sugar, 1 loaf sliced bread, 1 chorizo, 1 packet of spaghetti, 1 box of tea sachets, 1 cucumber, 1 margarita pizza, 4 tomatoes and 4 yogurts.
