A large two-storey semi-detached holiday villa that enjoys a great position with private gated access to the sea and a narrow path that takes you to the sandy cove Cala Egos only 200m away.

A homely property, furnished in a classic Mallorcan style, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, with a cosy sun room particularly pleasant for early or late season lets.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace and enclosed by a garden laid to lawn with trees and shrubs. There is also a barbecue for outdoor dining.

Please note that Cala Egos 89 is semi-detached to the owner’s property, which he uses only at night. All facilities and amenities at the villa, as well as the outdoor areas, are for the exclusive use of guests holidaying there.

First floor – Master bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobes, doors to terrace (note – care should be taken with horizontal railings on the terrace) and en-suite full bathroom (with corner bath and separate shower cubicle), 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace, 2 twin bedrooms (one with doors to terrace), 1 full bathroom.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air conditioning throughout on a timer, The timetable for the air conditioning is 21.00-09.00 h.

Balearics Tourism License -ETV-9452 ( CORB MARI )

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
