A two-storey, semi-detached villa that enjoys a great position with private gated access to the sea (with metal stepladder).

Furnished in a classic Mallorcan style, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, with a cosy sunroom particularly pleasant for early or late season lets.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace and enclosed by a garden laid to lawn with trees and shrubs. There is also a barbecue for outdoor dining.

Please note that, although Cala Egos 89 is semi-detached, the property next door is not occupied.

First floor – Master bedroom with double bed, walk-in wardrobes, doors to terrace (note – care should be taken with horizontal railings on the terrace) and en-suite full bathroom (with corner bath and separate shower cubicle), 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace, 2 twin bedrooms (one with doors to terrace), 1 full bathroom.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
