This brand new villa is located in the residential area of Punta des Port, walking distance to the beach and shops & bars/restaurants in Cala Egos, with the centre of Cala D’Or and Porto Petro just a short distance away. Villa Miguel Punta Port 7 offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels and is well-furnished and well-equipped throughout.

Doors lead out from all rooms on the ground floor level to open and covered terraces, with comfy rattan suite, and table & chairs for alfresco dining,charcoal BBQ and to the lovely salt-water swimming pool.

1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower).

First floor (gated staircase up) – 2 twin bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower), 1 further twin bedroom with air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with overhead shower).

Services

The first cot and highchair are available on request and are free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air-conditioning is set to a minimum of 22 degrees and is on a timer in the bedrooms and living room from 14.00hrs - 08.00 hrs

Please be aware that the air conditioning will not function unless doors and windows are closed.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-10992 (Punta des Port 7)

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
