The ground floor comprises the living/dining & kitchen area as well as two bedrooms (one double bedroom & one twin bedroom) as well as one bathroom and the first floor comprises two further bedrooms (one further double bedroom & one further twin bedroom) as well as one bathroom and one shower room. It is the perfect choice for two families or groups wish to holiday together, looking for space and a little independence in the layout of its accommodation.
The outdoor areas of Villa Guillona provide a wonderful place to spend time with your loved ones, with plenty of space for everyone. The L-shaped swimming pool is bordered by an open terrace, with comfortable sunbeds for relaxing hours under the sun, and surrounded by lovely gardens, which have been designed and landscaped by skilled local architects and include a fountain!

First floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with corner jacuzzi bath), 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.

1 packet of crisps, 4 tins baked beans, 1 bottle of local olive oil, 2l soda, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of vinegar, 2 bottles red wine, 2 bottles white wine, 1 carton of semi-skimmed milk, 1 carton of orange juice, 1 box of cereal, 1 box of Nescafe coffee sachets, 6 eggs, 2 tins of tuna, 1 carton of tomato sauce, 1 lettuce, 4 apples, 1 tub of margarine, 1 jar of strawberry jam, 12 sachets of sugar, 1 loaf sliced bread, 1 chorizo, 1 packet of spaghetti, 1 box of tea sachets, 1 cucumber, 1 margarita pizza, 4 tomatoes and 4 yogurts.
