Casa Sol is a comfortable two-storey villa, located in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos.

Walking distance to the centre of Cala Egos, with its selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants and to Cala Egos Beach, 350 metres away and Cala Es Forti Beach, 500 metres away.

Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for 6 persons, the ground floor comprises the living, dining and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms. An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace, with partial sea-views and to the third bedroom.

Ground floor – Entrance Hall, living/dining area with L-shaped corner sofa, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining table with 6 chairs, kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and door to back dining terrace, utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace, with partial sea-views and to the third bedroom – a double bedroom with Satellite TV and en-suite bathroom (with overhead shower fitment).

Outside Space

Outside is the oval-shaped swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround, enclosed by hedges and walls. There are two covered terraces with dining tables and chairs and around the pool there are sun beds and patio furniture, along with sun umbrellas, to provide shade. There is a charcoal bbq for clients use

The perfect choice for a family or couples looking for a comfortable and centrally located accommodation.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
