Chianti at its best. This elegant villa belongs to an organic boutique winery, but it is not affected at all by the works at the estate and a wine tasting and tour is included in the rental price. The main villa is for 8 persons and a separate dependance is for a further 2 persons, 10 persons total (note - smaller party sizes, of 4 & 6 persons, staying in the villa, available on request, preferred bedrooms in the villa can be chosen on arrival). Close to the lovely little town of Panzano in Chianti (in walking distance for those who like to hike), you will find this lovely two bedrooms barn. The barn enjoys a private and very panoramic location overlooking the stunning landscape of the Chianti hills, the historical villas and the picturesque vineyards. The spacious and private terraces are the perfect setting for your outdoor dinners.

Villa Santa Teresa is a cosy and recently restored barn for four persons. The views from the grounds are stunning, looking onto the Chianti landscape, the vineyards of the property and the medieval hamlet of Montefioralle.

The rectangular swimming pool, with Roman step entry, is located to the side of the property, set in a natural terrace and garden, and surrounded by the lovely rolling Chianti hills.

Casa Feruzzi 1, a Chianti dream. Among the vineyards of the property there is located an ancient, stylishly restored estate divided into two separate, spacious apartments plus the adjacent barn, Casa Ferruzi 1, which has been transformed into a real gem. Whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors create traditional Tuscan charm. The property's design assures plenty of privacy for all guests with your own private garden.The swimming-pool within the beautifully landscaped garden is for communal use and although the village of Panzano with its wine bars, restaurants and shops is only 2 kms away, you are immersed in nature and one of the most impressive landscapes of the Chianti area.
